Same old codes I started with:

P0091-FUEL QUANTITY SOLENOID SHORT TO GROUND
P0651-SENSOR SUPPLY 2 VOLTAGE TOO HIGH AND TOO LOW
P2295-FUEL PRESSURE SOLENOID SHORT TO GROUND
P0190-FUEL PRESS SENSOR SIGNAL VOLTAGE TOO LOW

Less this one ... the following code disappeared.

B10B3-VISCOUS/CABIN HEATER RELAY CONTROL OPEN CIRCUIT

Does the red dot stay lit the whole time after you turn the key on?
Under normal conditions it will briefly turn on then stay off.

If you have a spare key, try it.

The red light comes on for a second when I turn the key and quickly goes out then on and stays on till i turn the key off.

I tried the second key and the light remained on ... no change.

Probably gonna have to have it towed to a dealer then.
Either the key lost its programming or the SKIM failed or both.

True on the SKIM issues! And / or find a very skilled shop/mechanic with a SnapOn Verus and who knows how to use it rather than using a dealer.
Some mobile locksmith services also have the ability to deal with SKIM problems.
The SnapOn Verus and a few other very high end scanners along with the Chrysler DRBIII have the ability to deal with SKIM issues.
