GDE just (re)released two versions of transmission tuning on the KJ CRD. There is an ECO tune that upshifts earlier and add more converter lock-up for maximum fuel economy. There is also a TOW tune that holds 4th gear longer and pushes out 5th gear slightly to have optimum engine rpm when towing and reduced gear hunting. For those of us in SE MI, can we drive the TCM up to you and wait around while it gets flashed, or do we have to mail it in?
