I want to say thanks to everybody who posts here. I am REALLY learning a lot. This is, by far, the best Automotive forum I have ever come across, and I frequent a lot of others. Thanks.

This Forum rivals Freds TDIClubForum for info and helping hands. Only thing I haven't seen is the GTG's for doing work on the CRD's, but maybe that will come with time and increased members.
Ummm, why make that statement Oldnav. The information contained on Fred's is huge and far more detailed, the pool which to accuire mechanical data on the CRD is minimal and will take time to accuire, but never equal Fred's by shear numbers. I own both a 2.0TDI and CRD and I've been once to Fred's for what I was looking for, and read this forum everyday and read everypost possible.
I'm here to monitor failures and shortcomings of the CRD only and find a way for DC to do something. There is no fix for the CRD and having to clean the boost sensor and fiddle with everything is a joke. My CRD has already had the Alternator, ball joints, rotors, EGR, battery(next almost dead) and the Turbo ($2323.00 cdn alone) at 9600 miles. My 06 had the test F37 implemented from factory and already screwed, the torque converted is ready to spew its guts, it magically GREW another gear! Dealer says oh that's normal, it's an adaptive transmission, DOH. I'm trying to get my money back for this crap bucket as this forum is depressing as hell... but is needed and greatly appreciated to survive owning the CRD!
You didnt even make a valid argument. Dont get huffy just because your torqued about your CRD experience. If this forum is depressing you then dont come back. It is really that simple. I find it very informative and helpful and once we get this transmission figured out the CRD will be a fine vehicle. Its just a shame people here have to do it for DC.
