Jeez guys, I'm not one for destroying the environment at all, retmil pretty much summed up who I was taking shots at. There's no need to automatically percieve what I or anyone else says in the most negative of light, I also detest anyone who tells me to leave the country that I've defended and recieved numerous commendations for doing so... as well as two purple hearts therein.
My main concerns are the "tree huggers" that are going out of their way to prevent new diesel technology from powering the vehicles sold in North America and the ultra-high standards that they demand. In many other of my posts on this site (as well as on many others) I've been a strong advocate of reducing diesel emmissions so that more technology can flow into North America. But the stigma among the aforementioned "tree huggers" is that diesel technology hasn't gotten any better since the "dirty diesel days" back when the rackity-clackity Caddy's and Oldsmobiles were being powered by diesel engines. They truly believe that and nothing will thoroughly convince them otherwise, they'll do their best to shut down diesels while allowing the higher pollution quotient guzzling gassers to pretty much run rampid, unabided
