I got out the door for $22,363 for my full power, bright silver CRD Sport with a 22C customer preferred package and trailer tow package. No tax because I needed to put in hand controls. Then Jeep paid me $750 to hve the controls installed as part of their Auto Monbility program for disabled drivers. I bought from Brown Jeep in Devine Texas, and it was their last CRD on the lot. The CRD had recently been added to the employee pricing program and I received $1,000 cash for financing with Chrysler. Plus I did my homework and told them I would keep shopping if they didn't give me the deal I wanted.

Well, I just happen to have my sales contract here to call my insurance company with the VIN number. Here is my breakdown:

MSRP: $ 27745
EP: $ 25118
Fin. Reb. $ -1000
Doc. Fee $ 75

Final Price Paid $24193 (included a full tank of diesel and two free oil changes) Definitely below invoice.

I only showed my negotiated price and not taxes. Since every state has different sales tax and some people trade in a vehicle that makes a portion of their purchase tax sheltered it does not make sense for comparison reasons. In my case I traded in a 2004 Honda Element and negotiated a high blue book value for it, so my deal was quite nice. Here in Indiana the negotiated trade in value is subrtacted off of the new vehicle negotiated price before sales tax is calculated.

While my '93 ZJ runs as good as it ever has... it's starting to look a bit bad with all the paint pealing off. What do you guys think of this deal on an ’05 Liberty Limited CRD?

MRSP $31,335 (yes, it’s loaded with everything)

Employee Discount Price $ 28,284
Finance Discount - $ 1,000
Camp Jeep Discount - $ 1,000

Net price - $ 26,284

That's a savings of $5051. Please let me know.

Many thanks...

Mase - It's a steal! Kinda rubs the rest of us with the "Camp Jeep Discount." You always think you get a good deal until someone else pulls out one of there secret discount only available to a select few and then you wonder, how many other types of secret discounts are out there as well? If you want a CRD, go for it because they will only cost more as time goes on.

Thanks AllJeep...

I was very surprised when we attended the Camp Jeep roadshow this weekend in Denver and the coupon was part of the nametag. I didn't realize it until the facilitator for the driver orientation mentioned it.
