My dealer gave me Free Lifetime oil changes. I have gotten a few and now when the wife goes in they tried to tell her its going to cost. I raised hell with the sales manager who tried to tell me it was because it was a diesel truck and took 12 quarts, I kindly eductated him it only took 6. He was pretty quiet then. Heck they gave out lifetime oil changes to all cars, I cant assume mine was the only that took mobil 1. I was then sent to the Service Director, I advised him the owner of the dealer, the sales manager and the service director(at the time) signed off on it. Not to mention it was written right in my sales contract.
He agreed I should still get the lifetime changes.

Got a free oil change coupon with my Vin on it today in the mail, but then it says in the fine print Synthetic or Diesel oil at additional charge, I was thinking about just throwing it out.
