I disagree that Chrysler has any responsibility here, they have contracts that govern the complaint system and for all anyone knows they are currently building a case, one really can't expect immediate satisfaction via that route, and the problem clearly is not thier own.

That said, the dealership is amazing. I can't believe they can get away with this. He absolutely should go to small claims, and honestly he can charge for his travel as well I believe. He would win.

Especially, since the dealership would not be able to have legal counsel in a small claims court. That is the beauty of small claims, both parties argue and a judge rules. No lawyers except the one sitting behind the bench. It ought to be straightforward and easy. Just have the doc's to present and knock off a dealer. :twisted:

Be careful about going to small claims court. Here in AZ, either party can move it from small claims to civil court, then you need lawyers. Check the laws in your state(s) before deciding what to do.....
