That said, the dealership is amazing. I can't believe they can get away with this. He absolutely should go to small claims, and honestly he can charge for his travel as well I believe. He would win.
Especially, since the dealership would not be able to have legal counsel in a small claims court. That is the beauty of small claims, both parties argue and a judge rules. No lawyers except the one sitting behind the bench. It ought to be straightforward and easy. Just have the doc's to present and knock off a dealer.
