I don't think anybody has ever had problems with their furl heater. :roll: Every auto built has a battery. Comparatively few have fuel heaters. Even so, nobody ruled out the battery. Which side is the starter on anyway? Some poor soul may have burned their starter down trying get their CRD to fire with air. :wink:

Someone with great investigative skills should hunt down the owner and ask them what happened. I hope they notified the NTSB!
