I guess I just don't understand why anyone would reuse TTY head bolts. It's the equivalent of removing the timing belt at 100,000 miles for replacement and reinstalling it because it looked ok.

Same goes with tension and ideler rollers  And it was an ideler pulley that caused it all :?

Just another note .... we found out what caused the problem!! ... the idler pulley that broke ...it WAS THE WRONG IDLER PULLEY!!
The people that replaced the timer belt at 100 000km installed the wrong @#$@%$@#% idler pulley!
The broken one is only about half the width of the correct one, so the timing belt was almost twice as wide as the pulley!! AAARRGGhhhh!! man I'm so mad! ....
No wonder the poor pulley couldn't handle the tension! ...
At the moment I'm trying to find out who exactly installed that pulley, and then we're gonne take legal steps, if they don't want to fix everything free of charge...
MAN I still can't believe it ...WHY did they have to do it with MY Jeep!!??

P.S. This was done before I owned the Jeep ....just shows you ... you can't even trust a full service history of a second hand car these days .. :(
