Mike-- I believe that is what is exactly in my CRD--It is made by Valley and a host of resellers offer it- I did not use the included mounting kit cause of the custom nature of the install however--
I having to get pics but I am getting another camera-- so pics soon!!

Looking forward to seeing this write up. I just wonder about where to place a cooler that size.

Got 2 CRD's done at our cooler fest--
Only surprise is front bumber has to be removed and it took 2.5 hours for first CRD and little over and hour for second.

Keep in mind I have had my cooler on for over 50K miles and no problems!

Hope all this helps !!

This IS the same cooler shown in 0311DOC's post showing the Etrailer model--
Note:
This cooler is huge! approx 8" X 11.5" X .75" ( like the size of a sheet of paper)

Part of the cooler mounts behind that crossmember that holds up that front plastic rib assy but the cooler gets air/cooling anyway so the pics do not show that hidden part

It is a tight fit but on CRD it will fit !

Does it come with enough parts to complete the install or do you need to pick up more parts?

Another question, is it smart to place any cooler in front of the primary engine cooling system?

Roland bought some 2" angle brackets that we modified plus hose since the length of hose supplied wasn't long enough. Additional hose clamps were needed as well, 6 total plus 2 hose to hose flared pipe pieces. Not everyone will have acces to a pop rivet gun so some other form of fastener is needed.

The placement of the cooler in front of the radiator is illustrated in the install directions as the better position (rather than behind). There's just no room to put it any where else.

Gary is correct- I wanted to get the jest of the install posted with the pics.

On the subject of that pop rivet gun- of course you need a compressor but you can get a good air rivet gun at Harbor Freight for around $40--
I have one at the house and get good use!
