How about fixing the leak first??
If you ever have changed the original filter you know they are tightened at the factory by Popeye. I suspect all the force it takes to break them loose damages the filter head seals when it is finally removed. You may want a better filter system considering what your running.

I run a BIG racor (think diesel ship) for my WVO (two microns),it is where the battery is in everyone elses CRD.My battery lives under the jeep now,so that freed up some space.I think you may be right about the filter head.....although it hasn't failed to start in three days.....knock on wood..it acts as it could fail again without notice.I think LP and new filter head are still 5 times cheaper then the CP3,so I guess I will order both....thanks for your input........H
