What to look for when buying a CRD?

Ok. I am hopefully down to the last stretch here. I have found a CRD I want to make an offer on. I want to get a pre purchase inspection done.

Should I be looking for shops that specialize in diesels or do such a places exist?

Should I get the shop to look at anything in specific that relates to the CRD?
