Jeep back running Great. I found the issue. I followed the timing belt procedure that stated rotate the engine clockwise with a 21mm socket untill the camshaft holes align and a 6mm a hex key engages in the flywheel. Then Install the camshaft pins and you can proseed with the timing belt change. WELL....I did not know there are several holes in the flywheel where the hex key would fit. My luck had it when the cams allined there was a hole for my 6MM to fit. After reading the manual you should check the crankshaft position mark to be at 90 degrees past #1 cyl top dead center. The end result was the engine was timed one tooth off. (ATXKJ was correct) I would advise anyone that dose any timing belt work to check the crankshaft position mark prior to installing. I learned the hard way. All is well now. With all new rockers and lifters the TORQUE is better than ever. Thanks for all the advise. :D
