Update I have been working on my other vehicle and put the jeep on the back burner...I ordered the timing pins and other parts for the TB belt...was talking to a member on here who is very helpful and gave me some things to test the jeep actually started and sounded fine also did a "blow test" it did not blow any air threw intake..can't seem to locate the burning rubber smell tho? And the belt tensioner was not lined up with the mark I am assuming that is from wear and tear?
sent from my sgh-1717 running CM10
From what i have looked at and heard from most is it usally not. As the belt wears the tenision gets less and no longer lines up. It should not be too far off.
FYI.. I sent you a email with procedures and tooling.
