Hi, just read with interest all the posts and reply's about the TB kit replace and coolant leak on your CRD. I have just ordered the ID TB parts kit along with a thermostats.
I figured also long as I am that far in I might as well replace the stat. I also have the same water leak describe in these post and have read posts that indicated the WP is the culprit, so I am thinking this will be my issue also with coolant loss. I also have problems when climbing were the temp gauge increase, so I plan on doing the fan clutch at the same time. I have read post about re-torquing the head bolts, as the gaskets are metal and should not blow, but it looks like the bolts can stretch during time. I was wonder if there is a post on this and the difficulty in removing the head cover.

My mileage is currently 95,000, but I suspect a little higher because have had off and on problem with the ABS sensor and light that temp shuts off the odometer.
Mine is a 2005 liberty sport, Old man lift and abs bumper.
