I run this on my KK and it says it will work for you, too. Unless I'm misreading something. This one sounds perfect on the 3.7L. Maybe even better on your diesel.

I did this:

Bought a stainless exhaust pipe from Gibson. They were the only ones that would sell me one without buying their full system. Then bought an Aeroturbine stainless muffler off Ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aero-Turbine-Pe ... 1125811877

I took both to muffler shop and for $50 they cut off the restriction and added a stainless piece from the Cat to where the muffler would be and mounted it with the exhaust pipe. Full stainless system for about $250.

im not sure how much salt driving you do and how anal you are about washing after a salt road drive but up where you live a regular steel pipe on a diesel will probably out live the jeep. down here in the south a regular steel pipe on a diesel is a lifetime pipe. the soot inside the pipe helps prevent rust unlike a gasser.

I've never had much longevity out of aluminized systems or non-stainless hardware

Yes, they use salt up here like it's going out of style. I was just under my jeep and now wishing the rear stabilizer link was also included in that recall last year
