OK so it will work from anything as long as it's a 45rfe?

Yes any 45rfe or 5-45rfe will work

OEM "euro", what was used beginning with the 2007 KJ CRD model year, available as a rebuilt unit, or the SunCoast. Some have had a local shop build a TC, main difference over 05-06 stock unit as I understand it is stonger springs.
