I have gone through the following issues on 5 separate occasions, and the transmission was either repaired or replaced under the Chrysler extended warranty.

1. Excessive shudder = replaced torque converter with OEM non Euro TC under the F37 recall @ 23,000 Miles.
2. Excessive shudder = replaced torque converter with OEM non Euro TC and pump under the F37 recall @ 39,000 Miles.
3. Hard shifts - Dealer determined that the torque converter failed. Dealer replaced cooler, lines, and the whole transmission. Not Euro, under the F37 recall @ 52,000 miles
4, Transmission fails, hard shifts and shudder, dealer determined transmission needs replacement, cause - failed TC. 67,000 mi.
5. Transmission issue again - dealer determined it was a damaged seal by previous rebuild, New transmission installed by dealer.... TC is latest OEM at 78,000 mi.

NO issues so far at 91,000 miles.
