What size wrench and is this a reverse thread? i am guessing it is a 36mm.

Found my fan clutch wrench. Looking at this it appears to be reverse thread. Do you stick a big screw driver down in there into the pulley to hold it to break the fan loose?

Can't remember for sure if it's a 13mm or 15mm, but I'm about 75% sure it's 13mm.

Fan clutch primary nut threads (actually all threads around and associated with the fan clutch) are all standard righty tighty.

If it is righty tighty than the fan is on backwards and it is setup as a pusher and not a puller. Someone before me did a booboo.

Check it to verify. Perhaps the belt was routed wrong?

The fan is reverse rotation, counter clockwise.
It threads on righty tighty
