I usually avoid the extended warranties but with the cost/failure rate of the EGR the extended warranty may be a way to finance the purchase of EGR valves.
The ONLY warranty that covers the emissions components is the Chrysler Max Care Warranty, all others have exclusions in the fine print - I've researched. WarrantyDirect will offer to cover it at an upcharge, but it may not be inclusive of the entire emissions system.
