Ok guys, got the latest and greats installed, all our rubbing issues seem to have gone away with this newest version of the hose. From here on out I dont think there are any hurtles to cross in getting these on the road:
(lotsa pics, but I'm stealing wireless internet in a hotel parking lot at the grand canyon so I'm in a rush, have fun, see ya in a week:)

Luckily I live here in town so several times a week I get over for free beer from the brewery.

Also Mark at Samco says the kit is now being listed for release in the US.

Is the Samco hose deal dead or alive?

It has been a long time since the first prototype hoses surfaced.
Obviously Samco isn't in any rush get this done.

I hope Samco makes a better hose than they have a first impression!

What timeframe are we talking about? May, June, July or next year?

We have finally finished testing the hoses, we have a finalized version that Samco is getting ready for production.

Also, please realize that this is fairly normal lag time from us first requesting them, showing we have enough numbers to support the production, getting test samples, get prototypes made, getting prototypes shipping from the UK to the US, reporting back. Modifying tooling, getting more made, getting more shipped.....etc etc.

I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Now that the majority of the oil in the old seeping hoses is gone due to my CCV mod, I'm more optimistic that they will hold up.

Actually I think its pretty darn good, its not like they are going to sell thousands of these things. The market is pretty limited with this model.
