Ouch, you must have took it in the rear-end trading those vehicles in with only 10k....better to sell them privately my friend...don't let the dealer take advantage of you for profit.

Actually no, the only vehicle I was upside down on was my wranlger when i traded in for the CRD (by 600.00 dollars). Dealerships need to sell their vehicles more then I need to buy them.

In 1991 started driving this fine list of crap.

1992 Toyota Extd pickup dark green V6 2wd 5spd
1991 Nissan Sentra white 4spd
1977 POS Chevy std Pickup rust bucket 2wd auto
1993 Honda CR500 white/pink Purchased New*
1968 Toyota Landcruiser Red 3spd
1984 Jeep CJ7 Black 5spd
1987 Toyota extd Pickup 4wd auto grey
1996 Honda Civic Hatch 5spd red Best car Purchased New*
1988 Toyota std pickup 4wd I4 5spd biege
1994 Honda Magna 5spd red
1987 POS Toyota std pickup turbo 4wd 5spd Red
2002 Honda VTX 1800C 5spd Silver*
2004 Suzuki Hayabusa 6spd Red Purchased New*
1994 Toyota extd pickiup 4wd I4 5spd Red
2006 Jeep Liberty crd 4wd auto White Purchased New*
* still own

I am undecided about the Liberty, so far it hasn't cost me(in warranty work) anything except when the ac went out. Yeah the check engine light goes on and off frequently and the dealer will not do anything unless it stays on. At almost 15k miles in one year, I'm happy with the performance. It is the nicest(leather and power everything), besides the civic it gets the best mpgs, has really cool traction control that works, and it eats hills like nothing else. I think if it had a 6spd it would beat the civic in fuel mileage.

How I came about in buying my CRD is that during my area's first snow of 2005, I was coming home from work down a country road and L.O.S.T control of my Subaru and slid off into a ditch. I rolled the Subie twice over (hard to do considering I was only going 30mph or so) in a 10 foot deep farm ditch. I needed to get a new vehicle and I have always had a hard on for diesel powered vehicles. Well my local Jeep dealer had this shiny new 2006 CRD and with the Miles of Freedom promo that Jeep was offering at the time, well I just couldn't pass up that deal! :D
