I wonder if I can ask for a total power train replacement now that the vehicle has eaten 5 Torque converters?


I wound up getting a whole new trans in my last CRD due to it eating Torque converters. Then I had a faulty valve body in the new trans causing harsh downshifts. But that did not happen consistently nor did it shut down the engine. After all that it worked perfectly right up to the moment I totaled it. :roll:

The problem was the transmission temperature sensor they replaced the transmission cooler too.
