Has anyone else here had the Jeep web site bring up the F31 recall notice for your vehicle after it had already been done?

I received the F31 letter some months ago and let the dealer do it when I brought it in for an oil change. After the flash, the driving characteristics changed somewhat (and my MPG average went down a bit, too.) So, I think they did something to it.

A week ago I brought the CRD in to complain about brake noise, and do another oil change. I knew the ball joint recall was in effect, because I had just visited the Jeep website and it was the only thing listed there. They happened to notice the Ball Joint Recall on it, and as luck would have it, they had the parts, so I let them hang onto it for a day to do the work. However, they did not have the parts for the TSB to fix the brake noise, so I had to wait for parts and bring it in the following (this past) weekend.

Before this weekend I heard about the F37 recall, and checked the Jeep website again to see if it applied to my vehicle (it does not.) However, I noticed that the F31 which had been done months ago had reappeared, listed as INCOMPLETE. ( ?!? ) When I brought it back in for them to finish the brake TSB, the dealer noticed the F31 and I told them it had been done months ago. The service guy said he'd check it and do it if it wasn't done.

When I got it back the receipt said they did the F31. The driving characteristics changed again (but not like it did last time.) It shifts at much higher RPMs all the time. I had to get it to almost 2200rpms to get it to shift intothe last OD gear where before it would do it just a touch above 2000rpms. Can't say if the MPG has changed for some time yet.

Has anyone had this repeat recall happen? Perhaps Jeep changed the parameters for the F31, and is trying to reapply it to the CRDs?

When mine got rollbacked in a month ago the "DODGE" dealer was able to apply the F21 (the root problem that had killed the battery, probably even before I got it), F31, and ball joint recall. in less than 1.5 business days (strange a Dodge dealer had the ball joint recall parts while many Jeep dealers claim weeks of delays hmmmmmmmmmm DC whats going on?). Just took it in for service yesterday and tall recalls wer so complete so F31 and F37 have not emerged. Should F37 emerge, it is not going in the vehicle if I can stop it. It is ridiculous that DC would issue a recall that says "slight reduction in torque" to prevent TC failure talk about bad engineering. Can they not do better, the VM 2.8 is a good but not exactly a monster engine.
