I'm about to replace my CAC hoses. However, I HAD to pull one of them out, the intake side, and of course...I wasn't paying attention to see how it was threaded. does anyone have a good diagram or explanation on how it should be installed?

I saw a picture on the crd tech only forum but I still can't see clearly from the picture.

CAC hoses do not thread in place, they slide in place, are you talking about some other part?

It is rather easy if your talking about the CAC hose there are marks on the hose to line up with the inlets. And on that side all you have to do is establish the high side of the hose. And that would be to the CAC then the other goes to the intake of course. You may also want to get some silicone or WD40 to help with the install i know it made my last one alot easier.

when i said threading, i meant, going between/under/over the other hoses. I guess, if anyone has a close up picture of their CAC to Engine (intake side)...I would really appreciate it.

I don't have a picture available, but this shouldn't be too hard to explain.... Stick the intake end of the hose through the very obvious gap near where the hose plugs into the CAC. There's a natural space there, so you should be able to follow the curve of the hose as you push it into place.
