Post subject:  Overheating

I travel several times a year to the Silverton-Ouray-Lake City area.
In the beginning it was fine, and I travel at the speed limit.
The temperature never moved, stayed straight up.

Then it started to climb just going to the library. When I took it to the dealer they said DC was aware and would soon have a fix.
Couple of days later they called to make an appointment to replace the fan clutch.

The temperature indicator has stayed straight up ever since.
But the ambient temperatures have fallen somewhat.

If you have a similar problem DC knows about a fan clutch problem, it seems to have fixed mine. Don


No fix yet for cut out, 50mph shudder.

went by the dealer today abot my overheating. It appears that I need another flash. Apperantly there is an update to the instrument module to reprogram the eronious readings I've been getting. We'll see.
