Recall

I brought the CRD in for the 12500 service today. While there I asked about the ball joint recall and was told that the dealership hadn't received any info on it yet. Also, I put in my VIN at the Jeep site and it showed that there weren't any active recalls.

Im gonna do the 12500 mile service on my 05 tomorrow. Did yours leak oil after any of the two oil changes? When I was there for the 6000 mile oil change they forgot to put the copper gasket back on the drain plug.

I haven't had any leaks after my oil changes.

I just put my Jeep VIN in and it does show the ball joint recall. (It also still shows the F31 flash that was (supposedly) done by the dealer a month ago.) I asked the dealer about the ball joint recall over the last weekend and they still haven't heard anything about it (and still have not been given the parts to do the replacements.)

I called DCX about my EGR and they told me about the LBJ Recall. Then called the stealership and they acted like they did not know what I was talking about until I told them that DCX had informed my by phone about it.
