Is there a time limit where all service stations have to run ULSF in their tanks. Some of the stations do not have their stickers on their tanks, so I have no idea what I am getting. Is there any deadline for them to comply? Also I find Mobile to run best in my CRD. Does anyone run other compaines fuels that respond better than Mobile? When does the winter fuels arrive in the Northeast?
