Post subject:  Best (cheapest) place to buy OEM parts?

Hi,
I'm tired of paying my dealer's excessive markup and would like someone to recommend a good website that carries OEM parts (filters etc..) for our CRDs.

Thanks,
Andy

I'll say they're cheap...

EGR VALVE, Liberty, 2.8L Year:05-06 MSRP: $0.60 Your Price: $0.48

Wow. I think I'll buy a hundred. ;-)
Perhaps their catalog has a few mistakes.

http://www.worldpartsexpress.com/ is the cheapest I've ever seen.

4:10 gears here are $330, other sites in this link are $361

Well, the worldpartsexpress site doesn't list model years newer than 2005....but they do list an oil filter for our CRD. Has anyone ordered filters from them before? Are they the genuine mopar filters made in Italy?

The newmoparparts.com site looks like it uses the exact same database as worldpartsexpress....but they have 2006 model year listed..and strangely enough...they list the oil filter for the 06 CRD as N/A.

:?

Funny, they have 05 CRD filters but not 06 CRD filters listed. I went to this site before I posted this message and only checked for 06 CRD maintenance items.

I am to assume the 05 and 06 CRDs have the same oil, air, and tranny filters, Correct?

I bought a 6 pack of oil filters for about $6.00 and some change apiece. Total was something like $36.00 something for the whole 6 pack. I purchased from Hall Chrystler Jeep in Fenton, Michigan. They claim to be the cheapest internet dealer out there.

Nice...even with shipping charges they are still less than $8 each.

Just bought two cases of oil filters from Hall's, that should last me awhile. Can't beat the price and me driving around looking for filters. Buy my Rotella at walmart and I have the filter in stock at home. Great price for Mopar and they are made for the diesel we drive.
