I have been running a standard EHM, that goes down by the left side in the intercooler/radiator area, using pre-fromed heater hose. I was always was worried about freezing, so I have designed EHM2. I will try to post some pictures/drawings. The EHM2 uses a pre-formed heater hose, that has a long straight section and then a 90 deg. bend for about 4 inches. I have a straight radiator hose with a 90 deg. bend in also. I run the radiator hose down by the left side next to the radiator, and place the 90 deg. bend at the top facing sideways, to the right, over the top of the intercooler hose, under the AC line. Then I place the 90 deg. heater hose inside of the 90 deg bend of the radiator hose, and then to the ccv puck. The 90 deg. section of the heater hose goes down about 3 inches past the 90 deg. of the heater hose. The 2 90's are side by side inside the radiator hose. It is a lose fit, so if freezing would occur, there would be ample space for the pressure to escape, also the large dia. of the radiator hose would have a hard time to freeze completely. I also cut the bottom of the radiator hose up 45 deg. towards the rear. It hangs down about 1 inch below the lower part of the air dam, in the front of the Liberty. I don't mind the small amount of drips under the front of the Jeep, as I have a pan there on the floor. I have tested, by blocking off the lower opening and the crakcase gasses come out between the two hoses at the top. No built up pressure was felt when I blocked it off.

It looks like nice work. The only problem I see is that the air intake is in that same area. Some give off more smoke and vapor than others from the posts I've read, but I can tell you if mine was in that area, I'd be changing air filters every couple thousand miles.
