Could my chip, with its fuel rail manipulation and whatever else it does, been responsible for my fuel level sensor going bad? I just don't understand how the jeep's computer system handles a chip or maybe it was just an unrelated coincidence. I would really like to know if this chip is worth keeping or sending back.

Did you get any flak from the dealer on having the chip?

Somehow I doubt it, more sensors equals more to fail I would probably count yourself lucky.

I doubt it too, just because I haven't heard of anyone else having serious problems with a chip. If it happens to someone else with a chip then it might be time to take a more serious look.
