http://www.jeep.com/crd/ There are a few names shown during the short video that might come in handy. The Vice President and some small diesel engine guy, I will watch it again.

Jim Weidenbach, Manager Small Diesel Applications DCX
Rick Reuter, Chief Engineer DCX

It kind of makes me sad that they discontinued the CRD for 07..... I have had very good luck with mine.

They still make the CRD KJ as '07 models...but they're export...

BTW, where did you find your avatar pic - is that of the actual assembly line in Cento or TNAP assembly?

I wrote Jeff Bell a letter shortly after he left ( I wasn't aware he had left), and they did not even bother to forward it to his replacement. World class customer servive.

I think I found his home address, but that wouldnt be fair would it?

Seriously though I would send it to chrysler in auburn hills addresed to Jim Weidenbach....hopefully it will either be him or his assistant/office manager that opens the letter. Mark it Private and it will likely be him that opens it.

Headquarters:
Chrysler Group
1000 Chrysler Drive
Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326-2766

Does anyone have a better address?

This 2.8-liter diesel engine, being manufactured in Cento, Italy, as part of a joint venture between DaimlerChrysler and VM Motori, will power Chrysler's 2005 Jeep Liberty.

Given the quality of their customer service I'd bet they've already started thinking everything sent to them is explosive.

Good point..better just leave it plain

Nah, we want this to get attention right? So mark it urgent private and confidential all in big red letters, and put a wind up Jeep watch in there with it. After the bomb squad is done with it I am sure it will have plenty of recogntion.
