Please relate service dept. experiences...who has good / bad experiences with which dealers?

I need to have the LBJ recall done, and a seat belt latch replaced, or I probably wouldn't take it in, as my trans/torque conv. have been flawless through 26,000 miles.

I noticed that Richard's Country Dodge in Hillsboro is now a Jeep dealer/service dept. Any experiences with them?

Thanks

I haven't had the F37 done yet, but i spoke to a service manager at NW Jeep on Canyon road and she said they've done a tone of TC/F37 service work. They have one diesel tech that does it all. She sounded confident in their understanding of the issues and actual repair work.

I had them do my LBJ recall a couple months ago and since the Jeep was new-to-me, i had them check everything else out and make sure everything was up to speed. My Jeep is running great so i'm putting off the F37 as long as possible.

I trust their work, but its still a stealership so keep that in mind.

Good luck!

Gresham Chrysler Jeep has done well by me, they are very Jeep oriented, diesel mechanic with experience on site. Haven't called them about my rig yet, it's running so well and I'm doing some serious OT lately.
