Does anyone have this problem. The handle for the tilt wheel is loose and does not hold the wheel up. Any pressure on the top of the steering wheel and the locking arms will drop.
I found a sheered nut under my seat and I don't know if its' from the ESP clock spring replacement, I had fixed or from the locking handle. It 's black and looks like a pipe running through it. Like a nut with a ferrel and 1/4 inch copper pipe for a sink connection, this is black colored. What does the clock spring look like? My ESP/BAS light was coming on for no reason, and the dealer changed this part. It did fix that problem.

While it may be collateral damage from the dealer, the loose part you describe wouldn't sound like it would be part of the clock spring to me. Pretty sure the clock spring is a wound up, very thin ribbon cable which connects the steering wheel mounted switches and whatnot to the rest of the vehicle.
