MY ? is will they fit I think it would look a lot better. i do plan on putting a 3" lift on and I like the Rubicon wheels. Wounder why It's not a option with the CRD? I got the nice polished aluminum wheels but they're too small.

There are pics all over the site. They look very nice, I would have them too if people didn't want so much for them.

I've got them with a 2.5" lift (Daystar front) - and they fit fine - the wheels are fine at stock height - but you commonly find them sold with the Rubicon MTR's - and at 245x75x16 those will rub without a lift. The cheapest way to find them is the Rubicon owners forum - (not sure if the link works - it timed out on me now - used to work) registration is required but it's free.

Rubicon owners commonly take them off to put larger wheels/tires on - I got 5 wheels and tires for $800 - the key is finding someone close because shipping is a big deal - Southern California folks can get them for less - no idea what the St Louis market is like

I forgot to add - MTR's are a lot heavier - stock wheel/tire was 46 lbs - Rubicon -75 lbs - virtually all of that extra weight is in the tire which is a lot to accelerate/stop -it does impact your mileage - about 1-2 mpg depending on your driving style.

I have a 2.5" lift with Rubicon wheels and 245/75's MT/R's.. I love this look.. makes my jeep look Vicious or even Proud... you will have some rubbing though (with the tires) I had to do some trimming .. sounds like I was going to rip the front bumper off the jeep when I turned sharp and backed up...

They fit fine, but you need to trim the fender well plastic, especially the small air dam under the front bumper. You could try ask the dealer how much $ each wheel would be, I feel I got a good deal from the dealers parts dept. (paid $165 ea.)and they were brand new out of a box, some Rubi owners want bank for their wheels and their used.

I sold my Moabs to get a rims in 15 inch diameter. Meats are cheaper in 15 than 16. I still think that the Maobs are the sexiest rims that I have ever seen.

The Moabs are even sexier with some Champion Beadlocks like the Liberator. I absolutly love my Moabs. I also have not noticed any decrease in milage but that is pretty typical with a diesel because they have so much low end torque.
