If this chip caused problems could I remove it, leaving no sign of its install, and take it in for warranty repairs? If so I'd be interested. |

Has anybody got information on this tuning? Like what parameters they modify? |

I spoke to him about it, and from what I gather they are increasing things off the line and changing the parameters that were reduced by F31/F37 which had reduced the torque during shifting. Didn't really get any more detail other than that. From what I gathered they know their stuff and they stand behind their products. Send Jason an email. I want to participate, but I probably can't do it until after wed of next week. It will require sending your TCM to them via USPS...again contact Jason for more details. |

I just wanted to thank you for working on the KJ, and for keeping all of us at lost up to date. If your programming works out then all we need would be a good torque converter to make this little beast really work right. |

It's the little silver box on the passenger fender. There is a bolt right in the middle of the electrical connections that you undo and the connection should pop right out. There is not much room to work with and it won't come out all the way because the black "air filter" housing that is in front of it. Two screws between the housing and the airbox undoes the "air filter" housing and gives you enough room to pull the connection out. |

On their website they already have to levels listed...one from 160->195hp and eco tune from 160->185 IIRC. Looks interesting.... |

Yeah, and they also have an option where you can do the flash yourself so that you don't have to send the ECM to them....but they require a $2,000.00 deposit for the tool and then the deposit is refunded when they get the tool back. |

This is a bit OT, but how come they don't use some thing like the DiabloSport Predator or any of the mainstream flash tools? |

That is what I would like to see. One of the products like the Edge uses on the Ford/Chevy/Dodge diesels....it is a flash tool and also had guages that can output things like trans temp, egt (with probe installed), and boost. If something like that were available for ours....I would pull the trigger immediately and buy it. |
