I don't know if these will be the final version, but I wanted something that did not "STICK OUT" but still showed what we have. This "dark grey" vinyl matches the "Sport" cladding fairly closely. I wish I had included a bit of the rear flair to show that. They could be any color but I wanted them to almost looked "etched" into the glass. PRICES: $10.00 for 2 "Side Stealth" (17" x 1") $ 5.00 for 1 "Rear Stealth" (~17" x 7/8")...to clear the wiper $14.00 for a "Set of Stealth" ( 2 Sides and 1 Rear) PayPal to sevenwallyseven@aol.com (takes credit cards) Pics in the posts below...this post will be cleaned up occasionally to keep it short... |

Thanks Darby Here's a quick pic, but the lighting really screws up the colors. The gray matches the gray pinstripe exactly and looks like it came from the dealer. I LOVE IT. I'll post in better lighting later. http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/3742/jeep1by8.jpg http://img48.imageshack.us/img48/2564/jeep2vq5.jpg URLed for size |

So how has your CRD been running for you? How many miles? Just curious as I've backed off of any "mods" in the engine bay myself as it's way less stressful to just let it run stock and let be what will be. |

Lets try this again, I posted on this thread and it was there for a couple of days and now it is gone Pretty strange. My post was who has tried the rear on the front glass, remember that post?? DarbyWalters: I have been cleaning the posts after a couple of days to keep this one simple...have thought about working the front window...just haven't pulled the trigger, but I think it would look Kewl as long as you work it around the curve of the window |

That's one of the most intelligent posts I've read yet. |

I am not upset, but unless a post is contrary to the rules they should stay, I have read another poster who questioned why his posts disappeared, and frankly unless I violate a rule, then even a moderator should not be able to remove posts he thinks are cluttering up his thread, we don't have that right, when we start a thread and it gets hijacked, we just try to keep it on task. I don't want to have to watch my posts to make sure they stay, esp when they are on target, and might have helped you sell to someone thinking about the front window. |

I put one on the top of the windshield, as well as the back glass. It looks great. Hopefully it can withstand the abuse it will receive! I wanted to post a picture. These stealth decals are GREAT! http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g258/ ... shield.jpg |

First of all, I am not a Moderator...lol Second of all, this is not really an information post that is needed down the road...more of a pics post just for decals. Third of all, the cleaning of this post was to keep it short and sweet...not to infringe upon anyones right to post. Fourth...and this is said in jest ![]() ![]() |

No problem, been on various forums for years, never been deleted. Have tried many first items, front bull bar, modified front winter covers, guages, EGT and other info, was looking for another to try it out on this item. Looks good. And you just did what you asked us not to do, copy text and repost. And if information was the requirement for a post, then half of this board's post's would be deleted. You can run the board as you wish, my point is that deleting my post without any word to me was uncalled for. With that I close my posts on this particular thread, and I liked the stealth items and was about to purchase them. |

Ripster, you can make a mountain out of a mole hill if you want. I NEVER said that copying posts was a bad thing...I said that Copy of a Copy of a Copy ect. for arguement sake was not needed. Now you are making a stance and "not getting" the "stealth decals"...no big deal either way. They are cheap and meant to dress up our CRDs...nothing more. As for being first, I purposely posted that was in jest or funnin'...not to call you out. Sorry that deleting one post upset you so and that no reasonable explaination can satisfy you...just the way it is I guess... |

No problem, I am fine, not going anywhere, love the board, just had a point. Not trying to make a mountain either. Its forgotten. |

I think in the future it would be a good idea to have two threads for an item like this. One for keeping track of the who has ordered and what has shipped info (which is important) and the other for review and discussion of the item. Cross link the two threads, and I think you would have something very workable. |

Normally I can't stand pinstriping (unless it's a "coachline" on a Rolls Royce), but it looks really slick on your CRD. I also like that little fuzzy modification sitting on the roof in the second photo ... ![]() |

I also like that little fuzzy modification sitting on the roof in the second photo ... ![]() Thanks, The pin striping came with it straight from the factory. The fuzzy mod is to keep mice from building nests in the engine compartment. |
