Dan, you have a very clean Jeep.
I saw the pictures of it the 2012 Safari photo set. Maybe I can make it to a future event.

Thanks! love to have more locals along. It's a great time, and we should be planning some winter fun in early 2014 as well (or at least I want to).

BTW, it looks really clean because I just got it back from the body shop after several k worth of cosmetic repairs to the front end (and a couple small structural ones). They have a really good detail guy there.

Yep I do remember seeing a convoy that day.. Girlfriends son was checking out all the trucks. I try to check every liberty I see and have only seen one other CRD in Poplar Grove...

Saw a black CRD at Cienega High School today in Vail AZ. Pretty sure its a teachers vehicle as its in the better parking. Pretty clean and sharp!

I'm curious, is there any members in north Mississippi or west Tennessee? I've never saw one around here. the closest I have saw on to me is on the east side of TN in the smoky mountains. I know theres some around, just never seen any besides mine.

I'm in Nashville and run to Memphis, Chattanooga, Atkinson KY, and Birmingham AL all the time.

If the one you saw in the Smokies was Silver and in May/June it was probably me, we go every year.

Today Monday 12-16-13 at approximately 3:00 pm. I-95 southbound in the St. Augustine area a lifted silver CRD KJ with a black hard shell spare tire cover with the "jeep" logo.

Today I saw the first CRD in the 2 years since I bought mine. Silver with Wisconsin plates, almost identical to mine, in Champaign IL sitting in front of LePeep.
This is only the second CRD that I have ever seen on the streets of Champaign since they were made.
My service guy liked mine so much that he bought one for himself at Forward Motion in Homer IL

Sport CRD seen in Goodyear Az at a strip mall parked in front of Ulta had an Army decal on back window.

Saw a beige limited CRD today in Vail AZ. I was right behind it then realized it too was a diesel! :wink:

Well met a Gentleman today who owned an 05 Blue Limited with 60k he bought brand new in 06 for less than a gasser. Sounded bone stock, I informed him about 3 of the best websites on the net Lost, idparts, and Green Desiel Engineering. He sounded moderately interested. He stated he planned on trading it in on something gas for around town driving.

Was out at Will Rogers State Park in Pacific Palisades, CA today and saw a silver Limited CRD parked outside between 2 and 4pm. It had Florida plates.

It is the only CRD I've seen outside of a used car lot in the Los Angeles area. They are very rare in these parts, and I'm not surprised this one is from out of state (I had to go out of state to pick mine up).

Saw a brick red CRD today in Raleigh NC this morning at the Rex Women's Center at Rex hospital this morning at about 9:30 am. It had some cat stickers on the back. The owner was in the driver's seat. I was going to say hello...but my wife and I had to get to our appointment.
