Rather than trying to correct or replace the present TC, has anyone looked into replacing the tranny with a manual one like they have in Europe? Terry Lesh |

There's been some discussion on the boards about this before. Biggest problem is the different computers they put in the Euro and US spec models. That and it would be cost prohibitive to switch over to manual. |

Not only cost prohibitive but socially prohibitive too! Wife would kill me if I visited a pick and pull salvage yard during our next vaction to Europe! |

Isn't the trannies the same as the gas rigs, thought I saw something comparing trannies somewhere. |
