Have any one installed a CCV filter on the CRD? I need some help on where to connect the hoses. Thanks, |

outlet from the ccv on top of the motor goes to the inlet on the filter. Outlet of filter goes to where the ccv used to go.. lol..simple yet effective. |

I heard that even if you use a CCV filter, you will still get oil in CAC hose. Can anybody confirm this? |

Yep, soaking wet. Provent helps but the CCV is not the only source of CAC contamination. FYI: I collected @ 3/4 quart of oil from the Provent on the last OCI so it's better than nothing. |

I collect approx. 1 ounce of oil from the collection tube I have at the bottom of my provent every week. |
