Isn't about time for a new TSB or safety recall or customer satisfation recall? We've about beat the F37 into oblivion and the F31 before that. DC must be thinking about another if for no other reason then to add more fuel to our CRD fires.

If nothing else, owning a CRD is an experience. :D

Can you use DCX and great customer service in the same sentence?

Same thing happened to me. My wife was opening the mail and I hear, "oh, oh your jeep got recalled again." I looked at the notice and it was for the lower ball joints that I had repaired about 6 months ago. Initially I didn't know if this was a new recall or if the notice was just catching up with me.

Ditto. The letter just arrived in the mail for the ball joint repair that was (allegedly) done five months ago. The customer service web page does not report any outstanding recalls on my CRD. So, I guess my dealer really did the repair, and Chrysler's recall notification system is as efficient as the rest of the company.

Don't forget about the heater blower switch recall  Where running the blower on 4th speed might cause a fire :(
