Same deal here, except its 2.79. I bet I could find Diesel cheaper than regular if I shopped around though.

where is "owned" icon when you need it.. too bad for those who got CRD for the sake of paying less..
Hey, at least you have better mpg, look at it on the bright side.. plus our gassy jeeps don't make the noises yours do.

Well with at least 25% better mileage diesel/gas, gassers could be paying $3.00 per gallon and diesels would still be equal at $3.75 per gallon :?

My last SUV got 14mpg...so far, my CRD hasn't turned in less that 20.

I bought it mostly for its towing ability, comfort, and diesel "character". If it turns out fuel is cheaper...then that's a bonus.

In Northern Va I can buy diesel for $2.81, about 5 cents less than gas.

Added to that , for the last 4 tanks I have averged 27 mpg (50% highway and 50% city) thanks to the ORM.

Towed my boat 30 miles today for maintenance.

Things are looking up. I have a vechicle that gets great mileage, can tow a boat, and I pay less for a gallon of diesel.

Here in central Illinois diesel is on par or cheaper than gasoline, the lowest prices I can find are $2.79 for B2 diesel and $2.69 for gas. In some cities diesel is 10 or more cents less...

Driving to and back from JFK Airport last week, my wife cousin was very jealous that diesel was cheaper than regular gas. His 2006 V6 Ram pick up has larger fuel tank and the Jeep still goes much further than it on a tank of fuel. :D

Paid 2.72 for B2 last night RUG was 2.67 and standard Dyno was 2.72. a little closer to home I could have bought Dyno for 2.69.

CT Diesel is $0.10-$0.15 cheaper than Unleaded as the spring kicked in. That's more what I was expecting and was used to in the past. I still only find ULSD at half the pumps. Diesel can be found for $2.79, but probably will start creeping up soon.

'course I'm still adding random amounts of ASTM tested (commercial) biodiesel as I see fit ($3.45 delivered with road tax). Lately, though, I've wanted to keep an eye on mileage because of the ORM and haven't been adding it.
