Here's a bit of an "out there" question. Has anyone tried, or considered installing a Pod filter in place of their standard airbox? If so, how did you accomodate the sensors? Not sure if this is really something I want to do but just curious if anyone has done it before.

We ha a big thread on air filters last year. I think most of those cone fiters let a lot more particulates in along with more air flow.

Check the specs and independent reviews on filtering before going forward.

Yep that cone type filter is what I meant. I just notice that there are a lot of kits available for wrangler and XJ engines and just wondered if anyone tried has tried it on a CRD. Thanks.
