The Striker FE (Fuel Economy) module might be what you are looking for but

This model has Power and FE mode alsong with some other features but

http://painless.r-catalog.com/pg-lkp/products.asp

Has more settings and gives you Fuel Rail Pressure and Boost Pressure Readings

o8k, I'm with you.. I'm looking for a performance chip for mine as well. I was looking at getting the SP Diesel chip and noticed they make the Painless Striker module for Painless. Considering the Painless is $409 from a big online retailer and the SP Diesel is more expensive... I e-mailed them and asked what the difference was and the following was SP Diesel's reply.

Hello,

I was wondering what the difference was between your Stage II performance module and the Painless Striker module? Your website shows them as a distributor.. but their product looks slightly different. Is there a performance difference between the two? This is in regards to a Jeep Liberty 2.8L I-4 common-rail turbo-diesel.

I am currently checking out these guys and considering going with their ECU reprogram.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JEEP-LIB ... 0137636236

They have two levels: Stage 2 which gives max power / performance gains. And Eco Tune which increases power/performance and maximizes fuel mileage. The latter seems to be what you are looking for.

From what information I can glean, they do a TOTAL reprogram of the CRD ECU to coordinate all the different functions so that they compliment each other. They claim that it is not detectable by dealer machines (who knows at this point).

Price is $300. Return overnight shipping included.

InMotion folks are great. I had them do the Stage II tune on mine.

I shipped them my ECU overnight. They flashed it and sent it back overnight same day. It's a three day turnaround.

A former CRD owner from DeKalb IL, FarmDiesel posted some very nice results from using Edge and SP modules. His input/analysis was good. If you search on his name, you should be able to gain some of his testing results between those modules.
