Post subject:  Boost gauge coupler

Okay.. I've searched the forum up and down and have seen that many people have successfully installed boost gauges in their CRDs. My Boost gauge came with a "T" which allows me to split into an existing vacuum line to get the reading. From my searching I have come to realize that for some reason.. there isn't a single suitable vacuum line on our CRD. ( very strange ) Anyways.. I need to buy an adapter or whatever, so that I can tap the intercooler or someplace similar. I've been to Home Depot and 2 car parts stores and none of them have a clue as to what I need to do this. Can anybody help me? What are those fittings called- and where can I buy them? :?

I did.. and that fitting looks incredible. I could use that fitting on both my cars (I custom made my own intake on the jag.. but need to run a line for the emissions).. however I can't seem to find even the name of that item other than "schlauchabgang".. whatever that means... much less a company that actually sells it.

I looked at the US site this morning, and couldn't find the part listed in the other thread......that part would be awesome!

If anyone wants some of those adapter/outlets let me know. I may have an avenue to get them from a guy on SVTPerformance who lives in Germany

I live in Germany too and maybe even raced with your SVT friend in Bitburg.

here is the link to ISA Racing that carries it. They speak english and I asure they will ship to the US. I order some of my race parts from them.
