Yeah, just to be safe, don't put return addresses on them and pay shipping in cash.

LOL

This is the current list of those who want me to solder their kits. There is no deadline for this, but I will assemble and ship in the order I receive the kit and payment. If you want to just make one payment to LocoCRD, make sure he knows to forward on the assembly cost to me. Otherwise just message him to ship the kit to me and PayPal me directly with your shipping address and kit assembly payment.

Ok fellas. I am still waiting on one more quote for some of the components my supplier has backordered and then I will be able to figure the exact price for the kit. I will be tied up in a board meeting this evening so if I don't get it figured tonight I will get-r-done tommorrow. I did how ever order the PCB's and they will be manufactured and delivered to me on 10-3-07.

Dennis

Thanks agian!

I cant wait for my kit. I just drove back from Reno yesterday and got 26.7 mpg and 26.2 so hopefully this will bump it up.

My best mpg so far is 28.7 but I went about 60 mph to get that!

Payment info has been PMed to everyone on the list. I am including all hardware, standoffs, fuse and fuse holder(none of which was included last round) this round so we just missed the estimated cost due to the extra pieces included and prices changing at my supplier. Check your PM and let meknow if there is anything that needs clarification. I ordered enough PCB's and components to have about 10 extra for those who did not make the deadline. Please contact me ASAP if you would like to purchase one of the few extra kits.

The PCB's were ordered monday and have a 2 week build time. I ordered the rest of the components this afternoon. The components should ship to me right away so I can start dividing them up into kits. So if everything goes well you should have your kits in 3 weeks give or take a day or two.

Again please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thanks,

Dennis

Nope. But you can order it from digikey.com part# 206708-1, you also want to order some pins to connect to your bypass jumpers. Depnding on which gender you need...

Female - mouser.com part # 571-66360-2

Male - digikey.com part # 1-66361-2

Bridges? Do you mean sockets? I was not going to add any parts to the kits other than the wire needed to put the box together.

I thought I knew what I was doing whith the install of this kit until I read this. What the heck is a bypass plug and why do I need it?

It's for when you want to restore factory function of the EGR. You unplug the box and install the plug instead -- otherwise you will get engine codes. Some will need it for warranty work, others will not.

I originally had thought about including sockets with the kits, but after some discussion with Turbo TIM and Ranger1 it was decided that this would be a potential place for failure due to vibration that would lead to poor contact.
