I just checked my transmission fluid today and it was about a half inch (or more) higher than the two "hot" holes on the dipstick. The water temp was at 172 when I checked, engine on, transmission in Park. Is this a bad thing? Will I be fine if I leave it? I think the morons at the local oil change place added too much when they checked the trans fluid the wrong way.
