Problem started with the ESP light would come on for about a second or so. Then stayed on and finally at a stop the ABS and brake lights would flash like a disco. Check engine light would come on but not all the time. Dealer has had the Jeep CRD for a month now. They have replaced all computers, relays and now the wire harness and still not solved. They have been in contact with DC and both are stumped. Has anyone else had this type of issue?? No performance issues and jeeps still stops like normal.

This Dealer has been great to work with and seems to have gone the extra distance. We have had a rental at DC expense all this time.

Hmmm ..... wonder if it's a problem with the instrument cluster ... ? Or even a bad ground .... is it actually showing any codes for anything?

you didn't mention wheel sensors - although that should be the 1st step on an ABS, ESP issue.
(It may be lumped into 'all computers, relays and now the wire harness' )

There was a check engine light, then it went off. Funny thing is that the lights didn't go off with the CEL. I don't have a scan gauge for this motor yet so I don't know what the codes were. My feelings are the CEL was for the ABS/brakes as this is mostly when it came on. If it was in the instrument cluster why would only these light come on?? I would assume the ABS is link to the ESP like traction control?? My first thought was a sensor for the ABS at the hub, Dealer replaced them and no change. What to do next?

Dealer has the jeep now.
