 Post subject: Going to court

Well its official, I'm going through CAMVAP for legal resolution with my CRD. I did want to go through supreme court as what's happened is so wrong, it makes me sick, but it's a long expensive road which my pockets arn't deep enough. Legal council has instructed me to gather information from all over to help my case. I've read an article that Dieter Zetsche saying the liberty crd was an experiment to see if north America would buy in to the concept. I'm unable to locate this article, does anyone know where to find this?

If I remember correctly that quote was in reference to it being a market experiment(ie: will the US market buy a small diesel), not the vehicle itself being an experiment, which would make no sense since they have sold diesel KJ's for years around the globe...
