Sir Sam, I own the 2.5 CRD and downloaded the 2002, 2003 and 2004 versions on the colorado4wheel as well as the 2005 manual of the rapidshare site. Unfortunately a do not see the 2.5 CRD engine on any of these versions, but only the 2.4, 3.7 and 2.8CRD engines. Please help, maybe I do something wrong.

No your not, I apparently never uploaded the 2.5 info.

here:
http://colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/ ... rt_diesel/

That should have the information you need for the 2.5.

Thanks so much. I'm a little late getting into detailed maintenance and mods to my 2006 CRD, but this helps a bunch, and now I think I know what is wrong with my ignition switch - need to adjust interlock cable!

kiwiboatbuilder what's up that you think you need to adjust the interlock cable? There have been several recent chats regarding ignition switch related issues and geordi has posted a method to check the interlock cable which I am not sure is adjustable. Send me an email if you want some more info.

Thanks for posting the manual, Sam, that helps a lot. I probably will keep looking for a print version, but this helps immensely.

Thanks a lot. Small question - how can I translate FSM part number to MOPAR part number? They seem different...

Download the parts fiches, those have the part numbers in them.
